DESIGN SOLUTIONS
The house is designed in a modern style with extensive glazing. Our main objective was to preserve the sense of spaciousness while seamlessly connecting the exterior, landscape, and interior spaces. The color palette is based on shades of gray and beige.
Facade Concept
The idea was to create monochrome facades, distinguishing elements not by color but through textures and materials.
The facade features toned larch wood combined with large-format composite panels.
Columns, window, and door frames are made of metal.
Glass railings for balconies ensure a clean, light appearance without visual fragmentation.
Panoramic glazing includes polarization and tinting, creating a subtle visual barrier.
Exterior & Landscape Integration
Lighting Design
The facade lighting consists of multiple levels:
Embedded floor lighting provides a soft upward glow.
Accent lighting highlights architectural details.
Roofline lighting emphasizes the structural trusses.
Geometric Theme & Landscape Design
The exterior design incorporates strict geometric lines and ornamental patterns.
Large-format marble slabs contrast with smaller paving stones for texture variation.
Landscape lighting follows the same layered approach as the facade lighting.
Soft diffused lighting on terraces.
Powerful accent lighting highlights plants.
The plant selection was carefully curated in Scandinavian style, focusing on evergreens, ornamental grasses, and a few deciduous trees that change color from green to pink and purple in autumn. These elements add seasonal color and light accents, enhancing the overall harmony of the garden and facades.
