PROJECT's STORY

This is an investment project, requiring a fast and precise approach based on clear guidelines.
The task was to design a modern standard interior using premium materials and high-end finishes.
Finishes can be adjusted in color and intensity based on client preferences while maintaining execution quality and aesthetic integrity.

DESIGN SOLUTIONS

Living Room & Kitchen

Integrated kitchen with metal-framed glass cabinets and a marble-topped island.
The island features two zones: a workspace and an integrated dining table.
Pendant tube lights made of smoked glass by Spanish brand Marset.

PRIVATE AREAS

Built-in wardrobe blending with the wall color.
Bed upholstered in beige Alcantara.
A decorative ceiling lamp by Aromas del Campo functions as a floor lamp alternative.
Large-format travertine finish in the bathroom.
Glass railings in the staircase halls for a sleek and open feel.
