The concept emerged almost instantly: a modern design infused with elements of a rustic home and traditional lifestyle. A light, natural palette and organic materials were chosen to evoke harmony and the unhurried rhythm of country life.
CONCEPT
The restaurant is divided into three zones: the main dining hall, a buffet area with a food preparation and serving station, and a children’s hall with a playroom. Main Hall The focal point of the main hall is two large handmade macramé lampshades. The decor includes antique carved window trims, which we salvaged from abandoned villages. Additionally, we designed custom gypsum decor in the shape of wheat sheaves for the fireplace, another key interior element.
Buffet and Food Serving Area
This zone has a more contemporary style. The counter is constructed from terracotta blocks, a material commonly used in countryside homes, paired with a stainless steel countertop. The floor features two-tone tiles as a nod to traditional rural kitchens.
Children’s Hall
The third hall is airy, light, and playful. We chose electric blue as an accent color and added ornamental painting along with a canvas by a contemporary artist reminiscent of children’s puzzles or building blocks. The materials and palette include light wood, white, and blue. The decor features a sky-blue window trim, which we salvaged from a 100-year-old country house.
