Natalia Tokmacheva

I am an architect with master’s degrees in architecture from ETSAB (UPC, Barcelona) and Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Russia). My professional experience spans nearly 20 years, during which I have worked on major international projects as a lead architect and BIM manager at renowned firms like Chapman Taylor (Moscow and Barcelona) and Intercon (Barcelona).

My portfolio includes world-class projects such as the largest shopping mall in Astana (Kazakhstan) and Qiddiya, the world’s largest water park (Saudi Arabia). I have been involved in all project phases, from concept to realization, blending creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to achieve the highest standards.

Creating Espacio 123 is the realization of a long-held dream that originated during my time at other companies. This journey was essential to accumulate the knowledge, experience, and confidence needed to fully take responsibility for projects within my studio.

My mission is to create spaces that are not only functional and aesthetically pleasing but also significantly improve people’s quality of life. I am committed to using innovative technologies and sustainable solutions to ensure every space inspires and delivers tangible value to its users.
