I have been working in design and interior architecture for about 20 years. I hold two degrees in fashion and interior design.
My first degree, as a fashion designer, has undoubtedly influenced my work. The principles used by couturiers in creating clothing collections—historical analysis, working with forms and textures, harmonious compositions of objects from different eras, and the concept of a dominant element—are all applied in my field.
I have worked on a variety of projects, from hotels to fitness centers, but I especially enjoy creating private interiors with history. I work extensively with private homes near Barcelona. My main principle: I do not recreate historical interiors. Instead, I breathe new life into spaces, adding modern solutions, iconic design objects, and conceptual art.
As a collector of 20th-century vintage furniture, I have spent years sourcing, restoring, and studying these unique items. This experience allows me to view interiors as more complex and intellectual stories rather than mere spaces with furniture. For each project I work on, I find something unique and historically rich that perfectly fits the client and their future home.
The idea of Espacio 123 embodies everything I know and love. It is a "space" where art complements beautiful architecture, a place that will attract incredible people. We will listen to each other, share stories, and exchange experiences. For me, Espacio 123 is a dream that has almost come true. And now I begin the countdown: 1−2-3…
